01 — Starting point

The challenge

Wholesaler with thin margins operating large third-party catalog. Pre-DCO ACOS at 14-18% eating into margin. No clear keyword segmentation or cost guards.

02 — How we did it

Our approach

Full campaign refactor with intent-based segmentation (brand defense, category capture, conquest). Automated bid management with per-SKU cost guards and continuous negative harvesting. Proprietary stack on Amazon Ads API for hourly adjustments.
